Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days. Orders are not processed, shipped, or delivered on weekends or public holidays.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available.

If delivery to your location is unavailable, you will be notified before completing your purchase.


4. DELIVERY TIMES

While we make every effort to deliver orders within the estimated timeframe, delivery dates are not guaranteed.

Customers are responsible for monitoring shipment progress and ensuring someone is available to receive the delivery where required.


6. FAILED DELIVERY ATTEMPTS

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect address details, refusal of delivery, or repeated failed delivery attempts, the parcel may be returned to us.

Additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.


7. SHIPPING ADDRESS ACCURACY

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all shipping information is accurate and complete at checkout.

Cloud Cuddles cannot be held responsible for delays, losses, or additional costs resulting from incorrect or incomplete address information provided by the customer.


8. LOST OR DAMAGED PARCELS

If your parcel arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us as soon as possible at:

10. RISK AND OWNERSHIP

In accordance with applicable UK consumer protection laws, responsibility for the goods passes to the customer upon successful delivery to the delivery address specified in the order.

Ownership of the goods transfers only after full payment has been received.
