At Cloud Cuddles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. This Return & Refund Policy explains your rights and our procedures regarding returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations.
1. Your Right to Return
You have the right to request a return within 30 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must:

Be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received;

Include all tags, accessories, manuals, and promotional items;

3. Return Shipping
Unless the item is faulty, damaged, defective, or incorrect, customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
We strongly recommend using a tracked shipping service, as Cloud Cuddles cannot be responsible for returns lost during transit.
4. Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon arrival.

Where applicable, we may request photographs of the issue to assist with our assessment.

5. Consumer Cancellation Rights (UK & EU Customers)
If you are purchasing as a consumer and your order is delivered within the United Kingdom or European Union, you generally have the legal right to cancel your order within 14 calendar days of receiving your goods without providing a reason.
To exercise this right, you must notify us by email before the 14-day cancellation period expires.
The item must be returned in a condition suitable for resale. You may inspect the goods as you would in a physical shop, but excessive handling that reduces the value of the item may result in a deduction from your refund.
This right does not apply to exempt products listed in Section 7.
6. Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges.
If you wish to receive a different item, please:

7. Non-Returnable Items

8. Refunds

Where permitted by law, we may reduce the refund amount if:
